Victor Manuel ORMAZABAL Escobar was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and was on the books at Boca Juniors from the age of 9 and made his senior first team debut in 2003 and became a regular in the team. In 2005/06 he briefly joined Maccabi Haifa of Israel but after three months he was on his way back to Argentina with a back problem. This took the best part of a year to sort out before he returned to the reserve squad at Boca Juniors. At the end of the season he came to Spain and signed for Pontevedra where he soon became a regular in the first team. Joined Cadiz this season and has impressed thus far and looks to be settling in well.
