Lucas is a local lad born in Conil, who has made his way through the ranks at Cadiz and now been called up to the first team squad for the 2006/07 season. He usually plays on the left side of midfield. With the stiff competition for places he has gone out on loan for the season 2007/2008 to Ponferradina.
