Cristian Garcia, has been signed from Polideportivo Ejido. He has signed a 2 year contract with a further one year extension provided Cadiz achieve promotion to the Primera Liga. Cristian Garcia was born near Barcelona and played 35 games for Poli Ejido last season, the most games by any player at the club.  He had been approached by several other second division teams but was expected to sign for Primera Liga side Recreativo de Huelva, however with the change of the Recreativo manager things did not progress and so he has decided to sign for Cadiz. He will be battling for the right back position with Vella, who had an excellent season for Cadiz last year. Cristian has remained at Cadiz despite relegation to the Segunda B and continues to be one of the best signings in recent years.
